The great Imam used to emphasize that no arrogant power would have been able to confront and challenge the Muslims if they had acted upon the single following Quranic advice:
The Glorious Qur'an says: “And hold fast, altogether, by the rope Which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves.” [Al-Qur'an 3:103].
The great leader believed that the Muslims should promote this verse and help implement various aspects of this precious divine piece of advice.
According to Imam, the Muslim communities and societies across the world can settle their differences, defend their interests and confront the imperial and colonial powers by resorting to above precious verse.
The founder of the Islamic Republic was a champion of unity among the Muslims, and he used to grab the attention of Muslims towards those verses of the sacred scripture, which lay very basic foundations of the unity among the Muslims, and the whole humankind against aggressors.
The great spiritual leader noted that, Quran is a divine dining and feast which possesses a variety of perspectives, and believers can spiritually benefit from its pure contents in accordance with their potentials.
The great Imam maintained that, if the Muslims act upon the pure contents of the holy Quran, and attach significance to pure teachings of the holy prophet of Islam, and his infallible successors, then they can attract the divine mercies and gain prosperity in this world, and salvation hereafter.
